Listing Set-Up
At Released and Recorded, we know through experience that every listing is different. However, our standard package of services is listed below.
- Schedule desired vendors for initial onsite meeting
- Participate in initial on-site meeting with Clients/Agent/Vendors
- Order Title
- Collaborate with Title and Client to resolve any issues prior to listing (e.g. identity affidavits, trust or LLC registrations)
- Coordinate Vendors for services including Sign, Inspections, Handyman, Painters, Cleaners (carpet, home, windows, pressure washing) Stagers, Landscapers, Photographers, Videographers, etc.
- Procure quotes, track expenses, and facilitate payments from Agent and/or Clients
- Manage timelines and progress
- Communicate via Emails/Calls/Texts with Agent and Clients to ensure everyone is on the same page throughout the process
- Available for on-site inspections, sewer scopes, photo shoots, and check ins
- Draft listing paperwork and obtain necessary signatures
- Craft marketing remarks to highlight unique property features
- Design “Just Listed” graphics with custom captions for Social Media
- Mock-up fliers, and handle printing, and placement
- Place Booty Box and other misc. items at property prior to listing.
- Input NWMLS Data (Supplements, Photos, Digital Tours, etc.)
- Coordinate showings (ShowingTime Approval Contact, Phone to Show Availability, etc.)
- Share inspection reports while on the market with prospective buyers and their agents
